Your information is securely stored securely on a password protected PC, as well as external cloud-based storage including Wix (website); Google (Email, Documents, Photos) and One Page CRM system. Secure passwords are used for each account and are changed regularly for extra security.
Your personal data is kept for the duration of time required for the purpose of fulfilling services to you and our ongoing relationship. After such a period of time, the data will be deleted from any computer or device. If you make an enquiry with us but do not require our services, we will only store their data for 3 months, unless you specifically indicate that you will need our services in future. An annual audit is carried out to ensure that all data that is no longer required for the purpose of processing is deleted.
